Bravo! Our kids in schools should learn about FixTheFoodChain.com as part of science studies, don't you think?
If we can shift the empphasis from obestiy onto global environmental issues, we'll all have more allies in our quest for better school food.
I'll be doing what I can to spread the word on this side of the Atlantic!
